The Hotel has a policy to clean the room after 2 nights. Our room was not cleaned (heard others complaining about this) so we called and asked for clean towels, TP and garbage taken out (we had extra bags next to the garbage bins). Staff said yes and would comp our parking ($45 per night). Towels and TP were set inside the door and garbage not removed. Upon checkout, the line was long and we had already been sent a bill. Parking was not comped. I've tried to call twice since we left over the past few days and no answer to one call and the other no one could answer to my questions. Also Marriot bonvoy members, but maybe not any longer. The hyatt next door looked nice.
