"I loved my stay when I did my gig however I don't understand why I kept getting asked to make a payment when I had already paid and have reacite on the app for my stay here lovely staff at the venue but the manager kept asking for payment when I had already full paid I showed proof of payment then was still ring up a week after staying Thier and was asked again I kept proof of payment as my proof over then that everything else was spot on with the hotel and staff was amazing "

"Such a lovely hotel very clean and modern, rooms were lovely too, we had 3 rooms all very new and fresh two with sea view which was great. Bathrooms lovely too all modern with showers. Staff were lovely and friendly the entertainment was great so we’re the entertainment staff. Music and bingo was great, drinks were flowing nicely. Only downfall was the lifts are tiny we had a wheelchair had to take the peddles of to get it in it just about fitted. We will definitely be staying there again "

"This has now taken the place of my favourite Hotel in Blackpool! Shame it's taken me 20 years to discover it! Martin was very welcoming and his long experience as an entertainer is clear to see - he enthralled my son with magic tricks and the unexpected Puppet museum was a highlight of the trip. Very conveniently located for the North Pier and Blackpool Tower, the hotel was very clean, rooms a decent size, fantastic breakfast - sausages in particular very good - a great place to stay. We'll be back next year for sure. Thankyou! "
