"Our new go to Accomodation when visiting Liverpool. Superior One Bedroom is a great size and layout. Everything you need (washer, dryer, dishwasher etc.). Only gripe would be the beds aren't the comfiest and could also do with a few different pillow choices but other than that we couldn't fault the place at all and will definitely be returning whenever we're back. "It would be good if the windows were properly soundproofed or double glazed. The sound from outside could be heard all through the night was quite disturbing. A fellow resident also set off the fire alarm at 6:30am and didnt stay to rectify it. All residents were left on the stairs phoning the emergency property number. Again, quite disturbing to our stay."

"This is a large party space for things like hen dos. Its not a place for anyone to stay in if they're not their to party. There were crumbs on the stained sofa, freezing air pumped out non-stop, no hot water and the tv played at 100% volume or mute. It saud there was 24/7 check in fedk when you actually had to walk another fifteen minutes with your bags to get the keys. "We were only staying for a few days but they couldn't have been better. Our hosts, Graham and Debbie, made us feel very welcome and they couldn't have been more helpful. The annexe itself was perfect for the two of us and our dog. It was very clean and comfortable and it had the added advantage of a beautiful and secure garden. The location was ideal because it was very quiet as we are used to living in a village. Definitely to be recommended."
