「Stayed with my partner for our 10yrs together, was booked in for 3 nights but ended up staying 5.
Staff excellent, room nice and big and clean, very comfy beds.
Breakfast fab, swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room so relaxing.
Lovely location, and views.
Cant wait to go back, which will be soon.

「Had a great little break with the family. Was nice to have a little kitchen and lounge area as well as the swimming and sauna facilities. Location was great for nipping to the beach or heading to the Pleasure Beach.」
「Only downside was the wifi and signal are terrible. But other than that its an absolutely lovely place. Awesome staff,even got my daughter balloons & chocolate for our arrival fpr her birthday. Will be back soon the pool and sauna were stunning and great! Breakfast lovely. 」

「We absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds really comfortable. It could do with an update and refurb in certain areas but this doesn't affect the quality of the stay. The staff are very friendly and happy to help in any way they can. It's location is perfect as it's close to South pier, a tram stop, shops and the pleasure beach. We will be making further bookings in the future.」
「Nice little hotel, bed was comfortable. We had a small double for the night and it was absolutely fine for our needs. Staff are good and looked after us well. Can't fault it at all for what we paid and parking available across the road, so unlike hotels in the centee of town you will always be handy for your car.」
「We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.
