「Very eastern Eurpeen feel to flatt 1 witch ware i stayed for 3 nights. I did notice flat one needs work bit never complained anx for reson is because it convient and someware pit head down and it funtional witch all was bothered abt, i cooked allot and cleaned around at back of myself. Keept it tidy but left cottage pie in fridge in flatt 1. I leave that for anyone who want it in flatt 1, use by day 23rd aug 2025. Only thing was that could not lock bathroom door but ok for myself but bringing...

「This was our first time at this property. We received a lovely welcome and was given the keys to our room. It was a lovely bright room with a small balcony which was a great addition. The room had everything you needed for a short stay. The bathroom was small but had everything you needed. We had a comfortable nights sleep and the breakfast was lovely all freshly cooked. Everyone was friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. 」

「フロントの対応は良かったですし、上の方は、普通ですが、アルバイトになった途端に最悪でした。やる気はないしマナーは知らないし。タオル交換がされていなくタオルを要求しても私達ははいれないといいはり、もらえずシーツでふくしまつ。それが二回もあった。レストランでは、1人の人以外はアルバイトかで、コーヒーカップを頼んだらコーヒーカップにスプーンを指して出てきた。こんなレストラン見たことない。エレベーターは、半分くらい止まるから、大変です。 バスタブがあるのが救いでした。 他色々ありますが、返金関係ではホテルドットコムでとっていたので色々対応してもらい助かりました。」
