A most enjoyable long weekend stay with my family. I cannot fault any aspect of the Derby hotel. The hosts Ivan & Tim were very friendly & welcoming. Would definitely recommend the Derby as a great place to stay, five stars from the Milton family.

Ivan is a great friendly host, the hotel is a quaint traditional hotel. We stayed overnight and were made to feel welcome. Good breakfast too

Spacious, well-presented room, with comfortable beds and sea view. Warm welcome from host and generous, well-cooked breakfast. Great location, and free parking on hand. Competitively priced. Will look to return for our next trip.

The owners are very friendly and have great knowledge of the area, they made us feel very welcome. The B&B is clean & the breakfast is really good, so much choice and they cater for vegetarians...would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location next to sea front ,good value for money. Excellent choice for breakfast and the manager was brilliant to chat with , he was informative and could remember a lot of the history of Blackpool. I will definitely stay again .

Good hotel in good quiet location

The hotel is not a five star boutique if there are such things. This hotel is owned and operated by nice, genuine people who go the extra mile for their customers. I have stayed in many hotels throughout the country and Europe for work and have not often seen hoteliers that go to such lengths to look after their customers. Breakfast was very nice and was better and served hotter than the breakfasts we had paid £25 for the previous weekend.

Handy for Gents Casino, Glyn Sq area, Dickson rd etc. Parking around the hotel was just ok,we got the last spot. Breakfast was up to 9.15, no good for late night party people lol, but i made it,and it was very good.

Had a lovely weekend at the derby, the room was warm clean and tidy beds were comfy breakfast was delish and ivon his lovely charming self, what more could anyone want. Defo going back next yr. X
