「Lovely stay in a great room with its balcony and very nice staff. Breakfast with an excellent choice and quality ingredients. Already looking forward to staying here again hopefully in the family room with two of our grandchildren. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.」

「Had a great little break with the family. Was nice to have a little kitchen and lounge area as well as the swimming and sauna facilities. Location was great for nipping to the beach or heading to the Pleasure Beach.」
「We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.

「Was a little apprehensive after reafing some reviews. Arrived and was greeted by a lovely guy, very pleasant friendly and helpful. Room was clean and warm, bedding and towels were spotless. Not the Hylton but what can you expect for such a cheap stay.? Would definitely stay again.」
