フロントの対応は良かったですし、上の方は、普通ですが、アルバイトになった途端に最悪でした。やる気はないしマナーは知らないし。タオル交換がされていなくタオルを要求しても私達ははいれないといいはり、もらえずシーツでふくしまつ。それが二回もあった。レストランでは、1人の人以外はアルバイトかで、コーヒーカップを頼んだらコーヒーカップにスプーンを指して出てきた。こんなレストラン見たことない。エレベーターは、半分くらい止まるから、大変です。 バスタブがあるのが救いでした。 他色々ありますが、返金関係ではホテルドットコムでとっていたので色々対応してもらい助かりました。

Everything was 100 % The staff were excellent,especially the breakfast staff. Ian on the breakfast waiting team was especially attentive and made sure everyone was well looked after and had a kind word for everyone. The breakfast was excellent ..proper thick bacon,perfect scrambled eggs and proper Lancashire sausages. This is the 10th time I have stayed at The New President Hotel😀😀😀

Breakfast choice was decent enough if it wasn't reheated food from the day(s) before. Staff pleasent enough but had to keep asking and asking them to get any thing done! Receptionist was pretty rude when complained about a few things.. Arrived to a room with dog hair and pubes over the bedding, stained pillow cases, poo mark on the undersheet. Shower barely drained. No toilet brush in the bathroom. Hotel stunk of cannabis. No entertainment on the full week I was there despite it advertising nightly entertainment. First time in Blackpool and this hotel made sure it will be my last. It seems like they are housing homeless peoplr with the people hanging around outside it or passing through in the hotel, barely a tooth between most. Dog friendly which is fine, would have thought dogs would have been kept to a specific part of the hotel which was not the case, dogs barking through the night, rooms and linen infested with dog hair. Can say much much more but feel this will do for now. My friend made bullet points of all the issues when we stayed and it is literally never ending. Faulty towers 2.0 .. yes it's cheap but AVOID at all costs

We found a large knife in the room. Wardrobe door was hanging of. Plug was to big for the sink. Lights flashed in bathroom. Curtains came of rail when opened. Shower was very poor ( no pressure ) Tv didnt work due to bad weather Plug sockets need to next to beds Light switch behind head board was annoying 2 bedside cabinets would be better than 1 4 coat hangers is not enough for 2 people Breakfast needed more options.. fruit and yoghurts.. mushrooms and black pudding Coffee defi needs to be upgraded Staff were great..friendly and helpful Wifi worked Probably wouldn't stay again

I had to leave before breakfast was served - I was there staying for work It’s my second time in this hotel and it’s really nice - I have the evening meal (3 courses ) and the food is exceptional- I have already booked my third stay next week

Room had no heating, so double bed felt damp, bathroom was about 3x8ft long, with a sink in middle meanig you had to sidle to loo, and there was no way the shower door was going to close once in. Hallways must have been hoovered 6 months ago, although the room was clean, tv didnt work and had no wifi reception i room

We had a lovely experience. The staff were very friendly and thoughtful – they even left an Easter egg out for my son on Easter Sunday, which was such a kind gesture and really made him feel special. The building itself is a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable, and the kindness of the staff more than made up for it. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would happily return.

Didn't sleep first night cause there was 2 dogs barking all night left alone so I complained to nothing happened the had to book for another night as I had kids with autism and over needs so couldn't travel home with them cause of lack of sleep

In a sea view room. No obstruction. Staff very nice. Room nice. Buffet Breakfast really good. Dog friendly. Lift. Downfalls are on the 4th floor, the floor in the corridor feels like it's going to give way. There should be a bin outside the front of the property for refuse.

Firstly i just want to point out in my opinion this is a budget hotel but i wouldnt want that too deter future customers as for the money i paid i thought it was really good value. A ensuite single room which met my requirements for a couple of nights with breakfasts included. Found the breakfast staff to be friendly in there approach with a sea view which i quite enjoyed and although there may not be a massive choice at breakfast if like me you enjoy a full english i thought it was quite tasty.

Upon arrival at the hotel we were given our keys to our room and told that dinner in the restaurant was from 5pm until 5.30pm due to there not being many guests staying at the hotel. We went up to our room 204 and when we went into the room and looked around it was very dirty the shower was mouldy and had not been cleaned as it was full of the last guests hair, the bed had hairs inside and the top duvet cover was dirty ripped and had nit been changed from the previous guest, the window frames in the room was rotten and thick green fungy mould. We then rushed into the lift which was like entering a prison van from outside and when the lift opened the man who had been on reception was there waiting to get into the lift and we told him about our room and the bedsheets he was quite rude to us and said them bed covers have been changed today and we told him that they hadnt been changed and he got into the lift. We then went into the restaurant it was quite dark in there and the floors were dirty in the restaurant and we was greeted by the chef who told us that tea was nit from 5pm until 5.30pm but from 5.30pm until 6.45pm and we told him that the guy on reception had told us that the restaurant was only open from 5pm until 5.30pm due to the amount of guests staying at the hotel and to come back or take a seat in the restaurant and wait if we wanted too. No one came to serve us.we asked to leave and refund but was told to get in touch with Expedia for a refund
