「This place is spectacular!!!!! Impeccably clean and the view is INCREDIBLE!!!! My whole family was so pleasantly surprised!!!! I usually skip reviews but I couldn’t on this one!!!! 「Clean room and amazing staff 」

「Let’s start with the positives, the location, view and surrounding area are amazing. As for the rest, we were informed that we had to check in by 7 as the office was closed after that. We arrived at 6pm, told the key was in a lock box with the code and we went to the room. It’s was clean but looking a little rough around the edges. Then we logged into the WiFi but the password didn’t work, which was concerning as we had no cell reception so I went straight back to the office. It had a closed...

「The bathroom was missing a shelf/holder in the shower. I had placed the shampoo on the ground and held the soap while taking a shower and the doors didn't completely shut causing water to get all over the floor. I was on floor 2 and there were people above my room stomping during the night waking me up. It happened three times. When I checked out I told the desk clerk about the issues and she just shrugged. Didn't even say, "sorry".」

「It's not the fault of the staff. But the upstairs neighbors were loud late into the night and early in the morning. The beds were not comfortable. That put together led to poor sleep. Otherwise a good stay.」
