「Neighborhood was not as expected. Proximity to The Globe and their delicious bbq was unbelievable. Steps from the cottage. However, walking to the stock show (only 1 mile) took us through a disadvantaged neighborhood with lots of unhoused people. No issues but there were some uncomfortable moments. Cottage is tiny as advertised but clean and adequate. Overall a positive experience. 」

The owner’s communication couldn’t have been better, and they made it known that if anything was wrong they would take care of it. 10/10 place to stay in the Denver area and would reccommend for anyone looking to find a more laid back stay in the mile high city!」

「Very clean, landlord very responsive, fully equipped, probably not pet friendly, we were going to Gothic Theater for a show, great location for that. House at back of property access is through pathway on left of house or lane half a block up.」
