「The front desk staff were all kind, and the shuttle bus was convenient. I would like to stay here again when I travel to Norfolk for business. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.」

「Great restaurants in the building.」

「Many rooms but only two laundry machines」

「Upon arrival my room was clean & the temp was very comfortable. The staff was helpful on check in. However on checkout the person helping was a maintenance worker who didn’t know how to change my payment form. Breakfast was ok. It was what was expected from a complimentary buffet. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.」

「Everything perfect」

「Staff was very helpful with finding a room that was satisfactory.」

「In 30 years of traveling I’ve never been placed in a room without a phone. The bathroom sink was clogged and I had to walk down to the desk and report the sink and the missing phone. Maintenance fixed the sink and informed me that he could not help me with the phone.」

「It was a beautiful hotel with the glass museum and had wonderful historic reminders. The room was spacious and so comfortable. Plus it's within walking distance of so much to see. Loved the stay!」
