「Excellent」

「I didn’t like the fact that there were no updated tv in our room….when I reported a problem to the staff they did nothing to replace it. I didn’t like that the bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep, And there was one elevator working the whole time I was there!!!」

「Everything perfect」

「Nice size room with kitchenette & small table with 4 chairs. Balcony over the boardwalk was lovely with boat traffic into Rudee Inlet in view. We would love to come again.」

「This place can be better but unfortunately the staff reflects the type of environment you are encountering. I had an electronic device stolen from my room. I chose not to report it because I didn't want any issues and just wanted to get through the stay. Housekeeping went into my room while I was out when a do not disturb magnet was on my door. 「The front staff said not including breakfast though I had offered breakfast via expedia. She also required me to pay for staying fee unless I had finished my payment via expedia. 」

「The gentleman /waiter at Breakfast was exceptional with our grandchildren & adults who were grieving due to family funeral. Food was good.」

「Nice hotel」

「First floor oceanfront was wonderful for my 90 year old mom and I. Great room. Excellent view. Close to walking out and sitting on a bench. Everyone was very helpful」
