"Front desk staff makes this place amazing! They are very helpful, kind and truly make you feel valued. The cookies that are put out between 4 PM and 8 PM in the lobby is a nice touch.💗 The hotel is definitely conveniently located as the front door opens onto the main street and the back door onto the boardwalk with just steps away from the beach. Having breakfast in the hotel is very convenient and helpful. Personally, I had my kids make me a waffle and bring it up to the room so I can eat my breakfast in bed.😉 If you were looking to utilize the gym facilities, don’t get too excited it is lacking in functional equipment and has no free weights at all. There are two treadmills, one of which has a huge divot in the center, which makes it very difficult/impossible to walk or run and the pulley system/weight lifting system doesn’t work properly. The housekeeping is pretty much nonexistent as we had to go down to the front desk and ask for fresh towels, toilet paper, tissues, refill of the amenities. When I checked in, I was told they come every day to change your garbage and bring you fresh towels and every third day to do a full clean. None of these happened.. Just a little frustrating on your vacation to be changing garbage is and constantly going to the front desk for towel towels, and toilet paper."

"We’ve stayed before and will stay again. Only issue was no one ever came to clean our room and we had to ask for clean towels daily. Thankfully it was a short stay so we managed, but if it happened during a longer stay I’d be highly disappointed."

"I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel, but I especially want to recognize Ms. Love for going above and beyond to make our stay special. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our visit, but what stood out to me most was the personal touch she showed toward my son. We were celebrating his 2nd birthday, and Ms. Love went out of her way to make the day special for him. The hotel was out of birthday bags, but instead of simply saying they were unavailable, she personally put together a birthday bag for my son. It may seem like a small gesture, but as a mother, it meant so much to me. She took the time to make sure he still had something special on his birthday, and that is something I will genuinely remember. Ms. Love truly understands what hospitality is about. She made us feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated as guests. Her kindness, initiative, and willingness to go the extra mile are qualities that deserve to be recognized. Management, please know that you have a wonderful employee in Ms. Love. She absolutely deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service and dedication. Employees like her are what make guests want to return. Thank you, Ms. Love, for helping make my son’s 2nd birthday even more special! ❤️"

"The front desk was awesome! The room was okay, clean but old, maintenence had to come put the bathroom door back on, its a sliding door that came off..they also had to come in to check the bathroom wall which the tile was pushed in. We couldn't really use the tub since the water only came from the shower head. We were there 4 nights and I had to steal toilet paper off the housekeeping cart because they never came in our room, luckily we had extra towels to start with. There was a door attached to the next room with locks on both sides, but a housekeeper was in there on her phone and I literally heard her whole conversation through the walls/doors..We thought there was free continental breakfast but turns out you have to pay..its a bit pricey too but the girl working was great and could seriously make some food, the omelets were spectacular! It's an old building and it definitely shows, but the girls at the desk are great and the omelets made it a good trip."
