"The morning breakfast was wonderful. The ocean view was perfection. The rooms were very nice had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and informative on their amenities. They also provided a list of road closures for special events happening during our stay. Truly a life saver having that handy so we knew how to plan our day. Easy access parking garage was also a great bonus. Would definitely book here again when in the area. "

"So to be fair this hotel has thw potential to be amazing. Location is right off the water but my rooms view was definitely obscured by a condo property although it was listed as having a "view". The property was clean and room was a nice size .. But trying to get service or communicate concerns was very hard. There's ni way to reach the front desk..even on the in room phones. It would ring and then hang up but when I went downstairs it was niy crowded or busy. They overcharged me for both valet and self parking on my first day and ive called multiple times trying to reach someone to help me but it would ring..put me in a queue for several minutes and then it would pick up and disconnect the call. While I was there I asked for my car qnd then waited outside for over 10 minutes without seeing my valet. When I went inside he apologized saying his phone had died so he did not see my request. He hastily went to retrieve my vehicle but 6his was just another frustrating thing to manage. The mini refrigerator had a plate screwed in that kept you from putting anything inside other than a bottle of water so my leftovers could not be refrigerated.. But outside of that it was a beautiful time away. If someone from corporate or the hotel sees this please reach out so I can resolve this charge"

"The room was nice, clean, modern. However…No buffet breakfast. Desk Phone didn’t work in my room. No ice machine on the 8th floor. One hour later (12pm) check out was an extra charge. No bellhop. Not many restaurants in walking distance. Disappointed."
