"We had a great stay and couldn't be more pleased with this Oceanaire property. Our condo we stayed in was perfect for my family. Plenty of space, with very pretty views of the ocean and the rooms were spotless. Very well maintained units. "Place was nice in a great location."

"Exactly what we needed for a great beach vacation. Great location within walking distance to so much at VA Beach. Already planning to stay here again next year."

"This was a great family vacation. So relaxing and so easy to have a great family vacation. I do wish the TVs were S mart TVs."

"Great beach trip with my family. I highly recommend this place and thanks to darin and his family for everything!"

"The place was perfectly located and the room was very comfortable."

"Beautiful view !!! Host was Great !! Will be returning next year"

"The property was well maintained and the room was good and within walking distance. The only thing that was bothersome was hearing the constant overhead Mach 3 airplanes and the music starting at 10 am til midnight from the restaurant downstairs. "

"All good - great view - to many cops and right next door to loud military boats and jets"

"The condo was super clean. All the employees were so nice. Great view of the ocean. Loved that there was a pool area that faced the ocean side. Security was very important to the Colony and that impressed me. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Really enjoyed my stay. Staff was polite and helpful. Perfect location. I will most definitely stay here again. "

"The condo was clean but needs some updates. The refrigerator had shelves 4 inches apart and you couldn't adjust them because the door opened against a wall. We had a difficult time storing food and drinks in it. The patio doors were very hard to open and close. The pool was under repair our entire visit. The staff was great and the café downstairs was very good."

"Great place to stay. Convenient to everything and just as advertised. Second time staying here and will definitely consider for further stays."
