「The property was nice, right on the beach. There was some construction going on during my visit. Staff was helpful. Only things I saw that could be helpful is that they have ice machines available on the odd floors but no ice bucket in the room. Also a map or rundown of where the fitness room is the hot tub and how to access to use them would be nice. There is a QR code in the room you can scan to pull this information up I guess but every time I clicked on the links would come up not available...

「The view was as it said, beach facing, however had some problems with the room itself. 1st the bathroom didnt work properly. Using the restroom upon arrival it was clogged and and took forever to refill. The shower when turned on rattled very loudly. The room had a microwave that didnt work and there was a odd smell. Could use an upgrade.」

「Great place to stay in the Town Center. We had a fantastic time walking to Nando’s, Lego, and a costume contest. Also, we saw a live band in the Town Center and we went to Tupelo Southern Kitchen. The Cheesecake Factory was the last stop, where hubby got a strawberry cheesecake. The Hyatt Hotel never disappoints me when we stay. Our rooms were cleaned and breakfast was complimentary with our stay.」

「Overall experience was great. It took a very long time to check in even with placing prior arrangements. Prices for water, snacks was outrageous! Went to the lounge there at the resort and paid 43.00 for 2 adult beverages, that is just rediculous. Putting a hold of 150.00 per night on a credit card for "incidentals" wow!! I understand its a resort but it was halloween not the 4th of july.」

「Great ocean front location! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Large breakfast buffet included was a bonus. They should include parking in the nightly rate though instead of charging $20 extra per night.」

「Muy bueno」

「Having a king size bed that felt like a queen was a bit weird considering i have a king bed, the bathroom sink being in the actual room and not the bathroom was a first very interesting, i did not get a beach view which felt like false advertisement and why i booked originally but thats on me for not looking it over i guess so make sure you do your research before just seeing the advertisement! Other than that the beach was very close and walking distance it was pretty nice! The hotel itself was...

「Amazing stay! Mrs. Jennifer was welcoming at check-in. The rooms were spacious and super clean. I will most definitely be back! My son is stationed nearby, and this will be the place for our family to stay every time. Amazing hotel!!!!!」

「I really appreciate it」
