「We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of this hotel. The entire building, including the room, had a gross, overbearing cleaning product smell—like an attempt to hide something. The interior is extremely outdated and reminds me of a 1980s hospital. There are no other “amenities” besides an indoor pool, which I wouldn’t dare go into. The room itself was outdated and literally dirty. Nasty carpets, springy mattresses, literal blood on the bathroom floor, cracked tiles, chipping mirror, and...

「Valet parking is a must.. the urgency and kindness the gentleman put in getting your vehicle -I give them a 10-. The staff at check in were nice, asked us what floor we preferred and north/or south side. The overall appearance and the fragrance of the hotel is nice. The bar side during happy hour was pleasant. For dinner we had to wait to be seated, per sign posted with multiple employees walking by before we were acknowledged and seated. After seated we waited again, then finally walked out....
