「The ice machine didn’t work on our floor or the other 2 floors that we checked so I just assumed they all didn’t work. We checked in on Friday and our AC unit wasn’t working. They couldn’t get the unit to work until Saturday late evening. Saturday weather was hot but our room felt hotter than outside.
