「booked 2 rooms for family of 4, entered the lobby to a long line to check in because they only allow everyone to check in at 4pm strictly. every person seemed to take long checking in like they are filling out applications or something. while waiting i decided to check my email and noticed they sent me an email 2 hours prior to check in saying they ran out of rooms so they canceled my reservation. i had to scramble to find a place to stay on a friday in virginia beach.」

「I was so to stay at the hotel the week before and the dates got messed up because of this I had to get another hotel I also tried to reschedule because I couldn't get a refund I tried multiple times and couldn't get it done I would never recommend this to anyone」
