"The pools were nice and outdoor wait staff was fabulous. Food and drinks were great. The only downside was our room. The toilet was loose as well as the faucet on the sink. When you moved the faucet handle to change the temp of the water the whole thing would move. Also these was no handle on the inside of the bathroom door so we had to leave it slightly open. However I did tell the staff when we checked out and they took the room off the list of being able to be booked until repairs were completed."

"This property is conveniently located right off US one in Marathon. My room faced the highway, so there was a lot of traffic noise, but that didn’t really bother me so much. My first evening on property, a man approached me in the parking lot and asked for money. That was offputting and a little frightening. I continued to walk past my room so he didn’t know where I was staying. That felt very unsafe. My car was parked just outside my room. It was about 830 at night so it was already dark outside. The room was large and spacious. Very clean, but no table for the sofa or any other desk or workspace. There’s certainly plenty of room to put some additional furniture. Bed linens were very nice. Plenty of towels. While the pool area seems well maintained and the furniture is very nice including the umbrellas, there was a distinct garbage smell the day I was at the pool, which was overpowering. There’s a lot of chickens running around the property near the pool, which didn’t bother me, but I could see how they would be intimidating to small children or folks who aren’t familiar with chickens and how they can be. There is no ice machine anywhere, but the lobby staff is happy to provide bags of ice for you if you ask. All in all, this was a great location for me to serve as a base while here in the keys.."

"the room was dated there were holes in the walls from air conditioning repairs some of the paneling was coming off the wall shower valve was hard to use it didn't always work parking not assigned so sometimes I had to park in front of the next building "

"No soap, no nothing. Marina and Aqualodge smelled soooo bad like sewage. We could not stay in there. Moved to a house. Beds were really lumpy. Pool was closed the entire time we were there. Deer are adorable."

"Wonderful waterfront property with private beach, multiple piers, paddle boards, kayaks, laundry and a great continental breakfast; plus cookies, lemonade and coffee in the afternoon! Great loation at the top of the lower Keys. We'll be back, all the way from Seattle."
