「We stayed at this wonderful hotel as we were attending the horse racing at haydock race course. The room was beautiful , the bed was divine and I slept so comfortably! There was a fan which was needed as the weather was hot (a shark fan - which is a real luxury touch) also tea and coffee making facilities, water, hairdryer, dressing table with accessible plugs!

「Wonderful modern hotel in the heart of Liverpool. Awesome staff, big room with nice design. I lived my stay there and would return anytime. Anyway two topics for improvement: The mirror in the bathroom needs a light, I could not shave myself properly and the desk needs a lamp as well. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a disabled access which was great.
Only negative. No air conditioning, but we asked for a fan and we were given a large fan on a stand, which was sufficient.
Breakfast was fantastic good quality and freshly made.」
