「The room was extremely dirty, dirty floor, dirty bed, dirty bathroom, dirty table and dirty kitchenette. Locks of hair everywhere, crumbs of food everywhere as well including in the bathroom and on the wall?
Room was freezing at some point and the heater didn’t work. Pillows were smelling of sweat, all our towels had stain of food or hair on it and they didn’t smell good either.
It was so bad that we had to ask for a hoover to clean the floor ourselves.
