Birchwood B & B hotel

A 2 night stay The breakfast was ok, however the pillows were very full & uncomfortable. Asked reception if they had thinner pillows to which was ‘No’ I had to buy my own thinner pillow for the 2nd night of the stay (as you have to pay upfront on arrival).. I would have cancelled the 2nd night otherwise

Never had milk in coffee machine, the orange juice jqr was never filled in my 5 nights stay. £18 for breakfast was not worth it at all. The rooms can be noisy after 5 in the morning from traffic. Had single house keeping in 5 nights stay.
