「I loved my stay here. The unit was beautiful and clean. I loved the coffee and tea and the little kitchen. Parking was very easy (although FYI, that you can’t roll your bag because the alley is not paved). It was possible to walk or run to so many beautiful trails, including the river and Forest Hill Park. I was so pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Due to an availability problem, the owner changed us to another unit they managed not far away that was larger. Can't say anything about this unit. Communication was clear and responsive.」

「The place itself was comfortable and cozy. Warm enough, and the temp controls worked well when needed. Keurig coffee maker and so-so shower ( I like more pressure from the showerhead, but that's me ) Enough dishes and supplies although sugar for the coffee would have been appreciated. The problem is the LOCATION. As others have said, there IS ONLY street parking, 1st come 1st served. SO that means you can park free from 8pm to 8am, IF you can fin a spot. 「Could hear every sound from floor above our unit, especially when a toilet was flushed. Mattresses were very uncomfortable( too firm). 」

「Hassan is extremely accessible and accommodating. The place was very clean and comfortable in a central location of Richmond. The apartment had quality furnishings, and the kitchen had high quality pots, pans and utensils. We are making this apartment as our "Go To" apartment when we next visit Richmond」

「The apt looks as listed; its spacious, clean, private, nice fenced backyard and we enjoyed walking our dog around the neighborhood and nearby park. The owner was easy to communicate with and quickly helped with any questions. It is quite drafty. We needed the space heater for sure. The end of our stay was during the extreme temps but the owners turned on the radiators for us which helped. 」
