"We had one overnight and Country Inn & Suites was perfect. Check-in was fast & easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hallways were clean, the elevator worked well, the room was clean. The ocean front view was perfect. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower worked very well, and there were plenty of towels. We will be happy to stay here the next time we’re in Virginia Beach. "

The mattress sagged, and the bedding was only a thin woven blanket between flat sheets, not unlike the kind you get at the ER. The bathtub drain was clogged. We told reception staff about the clogged drain during check-out, and they took $20 off our bill."
