「Spacious room and bathroom, rustic style with nice balcony and chairs, all well clean. Enjoyed drinks at the Tap room. Classic American menu at restaurant. Gift shop nice selection and good options for snacks and drinks.」

「This is a new hotel. It is not complete and should not be receivingt Guests. They could not ever find my Expedia reservation that I had paid in full and they charged me for my lodging advising me to contact Expedia for a refund of the amount I had paid to Expedia.」

「For a national park accommodations it was better than some, worse than others. Mattresses lumpy, very loud bathroom exhaust fan, yet did actually have a TV, with 12 channels and a mini refrigerator. Multiple dead bugs in the room on the floor and a few live lightening bugs, but this is in a park setting.」

「Love the convenience of the Hotel Madison. I can visit my daughter on campus and never worry about where I am or where I'm going to park. Clean space, friendly service. Air conditioning is a little wonky (it is difficult to make room cool), but that is my only criticism. 」

「Room was clean. Loved the small couch. Loved the P. Buckley Moss prints on the wall. Appreciated the microwave and small refrigerator. Appreciated being able to park right in front of room.」

「About 30 mins from the Shenandoah! And 5 mins from Luray where you can get food. Staff was very helpful with check in. Beds are a little hard but overall clean and tidy.」
