「First off, the staff were kind and very helpful. My husband and I did not feel the quality of our stay matched the price we paid. Though the pool was nice, the tile around the pool was falling apart, all the chairs were missing cushions, there were tree berries littering the tile and the metal table/chairs all 5 days during our stay, and there were coffee cups trashed in the garden. 「Advertised hot breakfast was not available. Staff informed me that the new owners stopped the hot breakfast when they acquired the property. The only breakfast food available was toast, cereal, yogurt, and a waffle. No coffee at all and no juice. The exercise room was locked and front desk claimed it was due to renovation in another part of the building. I requested a crib when I made the reservation. Front desk informed me on check in that none were available. Spend your money elsewhere…a Motel...

「The property was in a GREAT location. The staff were friendly, and the hot breakfast was delicious! They even provided sugar-free syrup for the waffle bar! My only recommendation is to include Stevia and Splenda to you sugar-free substitutes.」

「Overall location was great staff friendly and polite. Upon checking I was given key card and off I went not knowing what direction to find elevator or rooms. Would like to see staff guide guests when checking in. Maybe oversight but should be part of standard check-in procedures. Aside from this minor issue I would definitely stay here again.」
