"They wouldn’t let us check in until the very last second even though my room was ready. Then we got to our room and the bed was broken. Like we couldn’t even sleep in it. When i went to complain she told me to put my kids on that mattress and after arguing with her and asking for my money back she agreed to put me in another room. Even though i told her i wanted my money back to go elsewhere. I won’t stay there again. "

"The hotel had a strong air freshener smell in the lobby, and while the room was basically clean, and the staff was nice, this hotel still needs some work. The hotel overall is outdated. The bathroom had no towel racks, and the bath towels were just sitting on the floor. The breakfast was basically white toast and a waffle station. No proteins and no fruit. I would not recommended this hotel unless it was a quick overnight stop for sleeping only; then back on the road."
