Surrounded by acclaimed restaurants, this is a walker's paradise close to 3 parks with commanding city skyline views and the mighty James River. Close to downtown, the Capital Trail, state government and Richmond International Airport/ this second floor space is in a meticulously restored historic home built in 1871.
    The space
    This apartment is part of farm-house style home loaded with Italianate features of the late 19th century. Meticulously restored and updated for comfortable and efficient 21st century living, this cozy retreat offers a quiet, private and upscale experience in the heart of one of the hippest neighborhoods in the city. You'll notice the difference! There are no shared spaces-it's all yours! Free, easy, and unrestricted street parking is available in front or on the side of the building.

Easily a better value than many local hotels. Parking was a dream, always available and immediately next to the apt. Easy access check in leads to a private and nicely kept garden. Poshly carpeted stairs framed by an antique wooden bannister and over a dozen arranged mirrors. Bed was posh, comfy and clean. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, walkable, and close to everything you could want. Will stay again and refer our friends!

We came to town for a concert and this home turned out to be the perfect choice. The space was spotless, thoughtfully appointed, and very comfortable. We loved our stay in Richmond! The location was perfect, with a wonderful restaurant just around the corner and lots of great suggestions from our host that made exploring even better. The apartment itself was spotless and so stylish—it really felt like a special getaway. We only wish we had arrived earlier to enjoy more time in the space, especially the beautiful kitchen, outdoor patio, and the short walk to the park. We’re already hoping to book again for future day or overnight trips to Richmond!
