「Check in was quick and easy. Our host communicated everything we needed to make the stay seamless. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Location was perfect. Walkable to Careytown with fun shopping and plenty of places to eat. We so enjoyed the stay!」

「The check-in instructions were a bit unclear as to which codes went with which locks. Also, it indicated two lockboxes on the porch and there are three. Some sort of demarkation for which one to use would be helpful. The dishwasher was entirely full of dishes when we arrived. Several coffee mugs and glasses in the cabinets were dirty/dusty from being store upright for long periods. The idea that the kitchen is stocked with basics, while technically true, was a bit of a stretch as there were...

「Due to an availability problem, the owner changed us to another unit they managed not far away that was larger. Can't say anything about this unit. Communication was clear and responsive.」

「The property was very clean. The door is a little tricky but we worked on it until we were sure we understood it and then it worked perfectly. This is much better than a flaky lock that works inconsistently. We enjoyed visiting the Poe Museum during our stay.」

「Perfect for us, just travelled thru on our way home and it’s a great stop over for us and our dogs. Unit was good, easy access to lawn for the dogs. Street parking right out front worked out well also. 」

「Stayed downtown while attending an event at the convention center and the surrounding area. Good: Apt was very nice- clean and well set up, bed was good, plenty of dishes and coffee provided ++ Bad: The stairs up are really steep, so take that into account if you book. The areas is a little sketchy, but no one ever bothered us. Parking (provided lot) is a little bit of a walk away, but never had a problem and no one bothered the car. 「Easily a better value than many local hotels. Parking was a dream, always available and immediately next to the apt. Easy access check in leads to a private and nicely kept garden. Poshly carpeted stairs framed by an antique wooden bannister and over a dozen arranged mirrors. Bed was posh, comfy and clean. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, walkable, and close to everything you could want. Will stay again and refer our friends!」
