"Overall we had a great experience. Housekeeping was timely and available. Bellhops are available to help navigate the path from one elevator to the other elevator in order to get from ground floor to the hotel rooms. Hotels.com listed adjoining rooms as an option but the hotel does NOT have adjoining rooms. Not a super quiet hotel because of the atrium format and outside traffic but still very nice. Breakfast was awesome and helpful to have in the big city!"

It was a corner room with floor to ceiling windows. Great view. The bed was comfortable and the shower is huge with great water pressure. The bathroom is small but fine for our needs. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit. And the area seemed safe and clean. We will definitely book...

Very remote at the end of the pier, difficult to hail taxi or uber without a significant walk to a midpoint at the pier.
