The kitchen had complimentary coffee packets and teas, which was really thoughtful. Though it would've been nice if there was a mini bottle of dish soap in case travelers wanted to wash any kind of silverware. Everybody was very nice and I really appreciated the two restaurants being attached right next door.

Room had no fridge but didn't mention that anywhere and all the ice machines were out of order during my stay. Very frustrating. Bathroom was a little dated and there was a covering over the bathtub that would bend in and make a popping sound when stepped on in certain areas. Otherwise the room was clean and the staff was the best part of my stay. Ac worked great and the restaurants connected to the hotel (while the doors actually connecting them to the lobby were locked) had great food and friendly staff as well.

If your looking for some place just to lay your head at night then its perfect. Location is close to downtown. Property when you first walk in is nice and inviting. But then getting off the elevator the hallways are creepy. Rooms are very outdated and small. Its 12 stories high. You must pay for parking 2 days costs 120$. You dont get a coupon code, or reimbursement. There are no refrigerators in the room. The water pressure is awful but the water gets extremely hot. The staff at the desk were nice and answered all questions.

Cumple. Esta bien ubicado, el personal es muy amable y servicial. The kitchen had only the mini fridge,microwave,coffeemaker but nothing else.No sponge,no dish soap so I had to use my own.I also asked them for any of those supplies or dishes and they said they did not provide them.I also was very nervous when I was told that the they had no hot water when I arrived. I was offered a free full cancellation and nothing else and I had to ask for a discount when I did the check out and the manager seemed reluctant to give me.I was not impressed and this is not the 1st time I have had issues w/this hotel.

Dirty room. Sheets without changing. The TV had no signal I couldn't even watch TV, I went down to the lobby to inform them and they didn't give me any solution or change my room what a horrible stay I don't recommend this hotel at all. This hotel is very expensive to stay as your ugly rooms are. And horrible they don't have anything nice this hotel to stay.

Estoy esperando un reembolso, la habitación tenia olor a humedad muy fuerte, los muebles muy deteriorados, la alfombra vieja y despintada, la calefacción no era suficiente, las ventanas con telarañas y pintura descarapelada. Hice check out de inmediato y me fui a otro hotel no podia quedarme en ese hotel deteriorado. Solo el lobby lo tienen decente.

Staff was very courteous and kind. It was only missing a chair in the room. The one thing is that i couldn't find how to keep the heat on.
