"High price with not much to offer. Room was large and bed was reasonably comfortable, but there was one chair in the room and a VERY narrow desk. Many of the buttons on the TV remote did not work and the television options were very poor. There just isn't anything special about the room that would justify a 450 per night price tag."

"It was expensive, but it was the least expensive hotel I could find in Downtown Chicago. It's only a few blocks away from where The Architecture Tour starts, and it's right on The Chicago River where you can have a relaxing walk by the river. The only negative to this hotel, and it's not the hotel's fault, but it's directly across the street from The Trump Tower."

"Upsetting that I was given a room that I had to haul all of my luggage up 16 steep stairs. No other room options. I had reserved a room months in advance. The front desk lady said a few stairs, which I found odd being that there is an elevator. Beware…the top floor is by stairs only! Front desk lady was very cold and almost robotic. Not at all friendly. The bed was extra firm. I was told all their beds are the same."

"Hotel Felix was in a fantastic location. The staff were very friendly. Our room on the 9th floor with 2 double beds was small, with only a mini fridge. The curtains were old and difficult to open and close. The WiFi would drop or was very slow. The television also provided issues, turning off or to the starting screen, multiple times. The hotel offered only coffee/tea and fresh fruit until 9am. The staff made our stay more enjoyable."
