"One of the worst experience! Bath tub drain was extremely slow and notified the manager the following day. He said he would have someone fix it but never did. We stayed there for 3 nights, having to deal with water backing up and felt very gross after taking shower. Dirty, gross bedsheet on the sofa bed. Questionable neighborhood. Definitely would not recommend!"

"Thread bare pillows, bars on the windows, traffic all night, no shampoo (did find some used ones under the bathroom sink), not a great neighborhood, didn't feel very safe. Price was way too high for what it is. LONG walk to town. It was connected to the owners house, like a garage turned into a room for rent. Will probably NOT book through Vrbo again because of this listing. taxi had hard time finding place and charged $60 to get there from airport. I applaud the owners for trying to make money...

"Valorie's place was clean and comfortable to stay in. She was extremely responsive and very easy to talk to. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to walk around. Baha Mar is about a 20-25 minute walk away, but the walk just follows a straight path so not too strenuous. Overall, this was a great stay!"

"Dawson's hideaway was a nice place to stay, the owner was very pleasant and welcoming. There are quite a lot of places within the area to walk to, like places to eat, bars and the mall is just a short ways away. A nice well kept yard with fruit trees that provided a lot of shade from the sun. I would recommend traveling with mosquito repellent for the evening to avoid mosquito bites. we purchased from the pharmacy on the corner. My husband, myself and our daughter traveled and stayed for 3 night...

"We stayed for 11 nights. The location is okay-ish but a car is recommended. There's a small supermarket about 5 minutes walk away, the fish fry restaurants and beach are about 15 minutes walk away. The website photos of the accommodation are somewhat deceiving as they do on the one hand depict what the apartment looks like on the inside, however the entrance is at the back of the house giving you the feeling you are living in the maid's quarters.
