「The mattresses are horrible, several elderly ppl I saw and heard complaining about the beds, I too felt the mattresses need to be changed. Otherwise Hotel Riu was great the entertainers, and pool staff, security was amazing. the shuttle company Shuttle Central the bus was in very poor condition.」

「The property was in excellent condition. The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was perfect for a family of 5 and included a kitchen and 3 full bathrooms. We loved staying on the La Pacifica side, closest to the quieter pool and fitness center. The fitness center has spectacular views and nice amenities, including outdoor workout equipment. 「The villa is spacious but could use a lot of work to make it look better- for example the front door could be more presentable. It doesn’t have great curb appeal. Also, when you enter the villa it has a mild musty smell probably due to the humidity. The showers aren’t level- all of my products had to be delicately placed so they wouldn’t fall. Lastly- the amount of bugs that appeared first thing in the morning was disturbing. There was a baby roach thaton the kitchen counter the first morning...
