「television control was ridiculously complicated. could not just turn on and off. bed sheets were not full cotton, hot and sticky bathroom faucet sprayed all over. breakfast option meager and prohibitively expensive. i will not recommend or return」

「This hotel was very disappointing. Unfortunately from check in through all restaurants and activities we found the staff generally unhappy and difficult. Check in line was extremely long and staff were standing around joking while only one or two people worked. One of the check in women was extremely nice, but the rest were not Many times we tried to engage staff we were met with disinterest and in some cases, minor hostility. I was surprised given the level the hotel holds itself out to be....
