「The natural setting is beautiful. But for >> 1000/night, this experience is WAY below expectations. The staff is not helpful nor present. Certain places were not clean. The wireless does not work. When we asked for help with the thermostat because it was set to 65 degrees, they said the only option is to shut it off and have no AC. You pay 28 dollars for a salad of just leaves and 4 tomatoes or 17 dollars for tortilla chips and salsa. The worst part is the hours. The pool may open at 8 am but...

「The resort itself is nice and there are many attractions in the resort. However, it is not located close to the downtown and there are no free shuttle buses to airport. The food is very expensive in the resort. 」

「Not the best place I have stayed. There are some issues with this hotel & Inn, or however you want to call it. For example, they installed the containers for body wash and shampoo on my hotel's bathroom wall. But they never filled it up with actual bodywash and shampoo. Overall, you pay for what you got in that area. But I do want to thank one of the staff members there. His name is Johnson Shaquilld. He helped me contact airline to check on my delayed luggage, and he helped me again when I left...

「television control was ridiculously complicated. could not just turn on and off. bed sheets were not full cotton, hot and sticky bathroom faucet sprayed all over. breakfast option meager and prohibitively expensive. i will not recommend or return」

「Very hospitable and friendly staff! A bit of a walk to downtown but you can easily take a taxi by downloading “aquarides” or taking the local bus (which is cheap). The area itself isn’t the best but no one gave us any problems. The restaurant upstairs had reasonably priced food and it tasted yummy. 」

「Very poor hotel. Doors did not close fully, lock was barely hanging on and in no way did I feel that my belongings were secure when I left the room. Even the local taxi driver questioned if I was sure that I wanted to stay there. Front desk did not return our passport which was odd. Our room was full of mosquitoes, there was no plug to charge our phones, and the room was so small that I felt like we were staying in a closet. We ended up leaving after one night.
