We loved our stay here. The service is unmatched, the restaurants are incredible and the location couldn’t be more convenient - a quick 10 minute drive from the airport. Convenient for the airport. Rooms were nice and facilities ( pool and gym). However, the gym air con was not on high enough and therefore too hot, there was no water in the gym in the morning, there were no towels in the pool showers and generally the service to get drinks outside was slow.

This might be my favorite hotel in the world. We stay there frequently and each time I feel both at home and another world away. Beyond the oversized rooms, treetop property and ritzy location of Lyford Cay; I appreciate the thoughtful design of open work spaces, fabulous decor and intimate, tropical garden. It’s a wonderful alternative to the area’s large resorts and casinos. Dinner at Yellowbird, TERN Contemporary Art Gallery and the authentic Italian Market are lovely and the treetop views from both restaurants, make a sleepover worthwhile.
