Amazing historical hotel! Staff were attentive and professional. The room was large, clean and well appointed. The lounge has an endless drink selection, a piano singer and fresh rolled cigars while you watch! The dining room is gorgeous, the menu offers lots of options and the food quality was impressive. Topping it all off with a tour of their 3rd largest in the world wine cellar was a treat. Might also add that Drake and his crew were there for dinner/drinks one of the nights we stayed.

Place like no other

The hotel is charming. Beautiful grounds and stunning swimming pool. Great location and nice area close to main attractions like queens staircase and other places. Very friendly staff. Our family had a good time at this hotel.

Room had issues. The shower head wouldn’t adjust and the luxury feel the hotel boats is nonexistent. A continental breakfast is included in the booking however you have to pay the VAT tax and 18% includes gratuity and they still expect you to tip on top of that. Staff in the office were very helpful but staff throughout the hotel are not and could be rude at times. As a gay couple we often felt uncomfortable with staff as they were unwelcoming when they realized we were together.

We stayed four nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is gorgeous and storied, the staff are unparalleled in their kindness and service; the gem inside the hotel is the restaurant and the sitting room where we enjoyed a signature champagne cocktail and listened to the fantastic house band. A truly fantastic experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

Lovely romantic property. This is a little gem in the island. Amazing manager, great service from Henry, Valentino and the whole staff. Graycliff restaurant is perfection from the eggs benedic for breakfast to escargot and beef brochettes for lunch to an unforgettable dinner. We will definitely come back.

First time stay at Graycliff, though we had dined at their amazing highly rated restaurant before. The hotel is small and very upscale, beautifuly furnished with period pieces rather than cookie cutter type of look. Our room, even tho we booked the standard deluxe base room, was massive and felt like you had stepped back in time. It felt more like staying at a grand house that has been in the same family for generations. Tons of Bahamian and British touches everywhere, beautiful grounds, the main pool is unlike anything I had seen before at a hotel. The staff is superb, kind, friendly and we had great conversations with all about the history of the place, Nassau etc. Fantastic all around!

We stayed to Greycliff for Valentine’s expecting to get top-tier service, but that was not the case. The hotel was being renovated so we had to walk on the main road to access our room. We ordered room service and the room service took about two hours. Plus the food arrived cold we ordered desserts and they got the dessert order wrong. We tried to cancel, but was still charged for something we did not consume. We talk a bubble bath at night, but because the stopper in the tub was old. It was stuck when we tried to take a shower that morning.😔 as a VIP member a free bottle of wine was included in the room, but the cork was soft and broke up when we tried to take it out of the bottle. But the room was clean.

A historic hotel wit historic deferred maintenance. Looks like half the rooms and common areas are out of service. Eat here but do not stay here. It is a 2-3* facility.

Coming back.

My wife and I stayed at the Graycliff. I was scouting the location with the thought of bringing back a group of business people with me for an event at Graycliff. I loved how unique the property is. There are lots of resorts, but this is a special place. It is an old building, the grounds are peaceful. We found the staff to be helpful but not always in our space, which we liked. We will definitely be returning.

It’s not as impressive as it could be . Everyone was hyped about this hotel but it was little run down and property was not taken care off . It’s a cool concept but I would not say it’s a luxury hotel .

The Graycliff is a stunning property and we had the most amazing stay. Once you enter the Graycliff it is like stepping back in time where the ambience and excellence is at the forefront of your visit. The staff are attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The dining experience is something not to be missed and there is a pianist every night to add to the atmosphere and mystique of the Graycliff experience. Our stay truly was amazing and the history of the place adds to the uniqueness. To also stay at the same location as royalty and countless celebrities is the icing on the cake………. Graycliff - Don’t ever change!! Thank you for a wonderful stay

First of all, the staff and service went above and beyond and were super kind and helpful. The restaurant and food was fantastic. The room was clean, but I believe that the air quality was poor because a day after staying there we developed coughs and i noticed some mildew around the AC vents inside. Wifi was very limited in the room, if available at all. A hot shower was difficult to achieve in the evenings. All in all, it's what i expected given the older elegant building style. It would have been phenomenal if it was maintenanced a little better. The yard and pools were beautiful and not crowded. Regardless of the few issues, we would still stay there again and enjoyed our stay this time too.
