「From check in, showing us our lagoon suite, beach towels, recommendations and being friendly and professional they had it all 10/10! Travelling with a 2 year old and 5 year old they made us feel seen, safe and welcomed! The pool was great, the lagoon was calm and peaceful and the mango slush beverage at the wet bar was chefs kiss. 「The most incredible sand beaches and clear, multi-blue water I’ve ever seen. The temperatures were consistently hot all week long. You’d wake up to 24 Celsius, mid day hit 28 Celsius and the evening cooled down to 26 Celsius. Throw in 80 percent humidity and boy it’s HOT!! Harbourside Resort gave us easy walking access to the Atlantis property for pools, waterslides and beaches. 「The Atlantis resort has everything and we really enjoyed all of the marine habitats, endless pools, and a beautiful beach. The river rapids ride was so much fun. For the price, the condo is not nearly as nice as I had hoped. They do not provide housekeeping even though it’s part of the resort unless you pay extra fees and everything in the place needs some TLC. 「We had a wonderful stay. The property managers were attentive and the listing was accurate. We brought our own paper towels and dish pods which worked out well along with coffee and coffee filters. The pull out sofa was comfortable and we absolutely loved the patio view! The water park was perfect for our boys and the Harbourside pool was a great place to unwind after a day at the water park: We will be back!」
