「The hotel was extremely old, dirty, and run-down. It was poorly maintained, the rooms were not clean, and the overall condition was very disappointing. On top of that, it was far too expensive for what it offered. I definitely would not recommend staying here. We were told that all the hotels in the Bahamas were like this, but that was very disappointing. We expected much better, especially considering how expensive it was.」

「The resort itself is nice and there are many attractions in the resort. However, it is not located close to the downtown and there are no free shuttle buses to airport. The food is very expensive in the resort. 」

「This resort was perfect for us. We had a problem at first when we checked in with the view from our balcony ...it was that of a utility wall covering. The front desk did a great job of allowing us to move to another room even though we traveled during a very busy spring break period. We had a two bedroom lockout and it was perfect for our two families. My Daughters family stayed in the larger unit and was able to fit a crib and a blow up toddler bed in the bedroom. 「We absolutely loved having a kitchen with full size refrigerators and stove to make food. Our place was very, clean great location. We stopped at a grocery store before going over bridge to our place. Unfortunately our place had not been cleaned despite us arriving at 4:10. We were told that check in starts at 4:00.
