「The Coral is tired. We had them switch our rooms initially because our balcony looked down upon what we coined the floor of despair. It seemed to be an unoccupied area that was in dire need of Cleaning. Once we switched rooms, our view was incredible. 「The natural setting is beautiful. But for >> 1000/night, this experience is WAY below expectations. The staff is not helpful nor present. Certain places were not clean. The wireless does not work. When we asked for help with the thermostat because it was set to 65 degrees, they said the only option is to shut it off and have no AC. You pay 28 dollars for a salad of just leaves and 4 tomatoes or 17 dollars for tortilla chips and salsa. The worst part is the hours. The pool may open at 8 am but...
