「The maintenance person had 2 come 2 room 2x for not working toilet . Broken mini fridge had to get replaced. Broken door on cabinet. Did not get a free bag or water bottle in room. Extremely disappointed」

We went and had some dinner and when we returned it was still not ready. We were told to have a seat and it should be ready soon. We waited an hour and still not ready! They tried to offer us what I considered not acceptable. I paid for a room with a view, they offered us a first floor with no view. No other compensation was offered.
