「他と比較して値段的に安かったので選びました。 結果的によかったです。 ヴァポレットのCa D'Oro駅から、またStrada Novaからすぐのロケーションで、近くにはスーパーマーケットもあり、とても便利です。 部屋が広く、3人でも使えます。 トイレとシャワーがもう1部屋とシェアなので、それをどう思うかは人に寄ると思います。 他に漏れず、蚊には悩まされました。 虫除け、虫刺されの準備は必須です。 」

「My party only stayed for 2 nights, so this apartment was adequate for our needs. There is only a/c in the bedroom and nowhere else, so we could not hang out in the living room. It was fine for us because we were pretty much gone all day. Beds were comfortable. Communication was challenging at times as we tried to arrange transportation to and from the airport, but all worked out in the end.」

El piso estaba super bien, era muy bonito y era muy cómodo. Nos encantará volver! Anna fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos!! 💖」

「Francesca was a fabulous host! She communicated via Whatsapp app. She sent her assistant to meet us at water taxi who was very helpful getting us to the apartment and showing us around the apartment. It's in a nice area and convenient to everything!」

You have easy access to Sam Marco, Dorsoduro and other areas of Venice. The apartment was clean and the kitchen is modern and very functional. We had a great two evenings in Venice.」

「Easy walking access to everything Venice has to offer. The location is charming, pedestrian, and uniquely Venusian. The hosts were very good communicators and offered information that I didn’t even know I needed.. and reflecting back that was so critical to our arrival and departure planning. We were treated with a thunder and lightning storm the evening of our arrival but had it persisted much longer it would have been a nightmare, and for our hosts, protecting their property was critical as...

If you want to get the local vibe with access to all the tourist areas of Venice, then this is a great stay. We had access to amazing local restaurants off the main drag. I highly recommend to couples, couples traveling with other couples, and small families.」

「チェックインの際に日本人のスタッフの方で、ACTVの１DAYチケットのことやベネチア本島への移動に電車利用を勧めて頂いたり、とても親切にしていただきました。（お会いしなかったらバスで移動していたと思います）時間の節約になり満喫した観光ができました。場所はベネチアメストレの駅ちかで本島への移動も楽ですし、近くにintersparというスーパーがあり、食材やお総菜などを購入し、ホテル飲みできてとても便利です。スタッフは個人差がありますが、イタリアでは親切な方かなと思います。 」
