「Giada met us at the water taxi stop and walked with us. She speaks good English. The apartment is located on a quiet and clean street away from the crowds, but close enough to walk anywhere on the island. The apartment is recently renovated and good quality. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. The WiFi and TV worked. Washer and two bathrooms were great. Giada gave good dining recommendations, She was quick to respond to our questions. 」

「This was such a cute apartment! Giada was wonderful with communicating with us and gave us directions to the property from the bus station in Venice. Even though we arrived on a national holiday, she still came to the property to show us around and let us know where certain stores and restaurants were, this was very much appreciated. 「This place is amazing , super convenience if you are traveling on train or plain, it is on one of the main canals , very easy if you are carrying luggage’s , lots of stuff to do around the hotel area . "綺麗なホテルでした。24時間荷物を預かっていてくれるので深夜列車をとっている私としてはとても助かりました。近くに水上バス乗り場、少し歩けばサンタルチア駅までの電車などがあり歩きでも行くことは可能ですが、荷物と移動する時にはとても便利でした。朝食も常にスタッフの方々が食事を補充していたり、テーブルの上に放置された食器たちもすぐに回収していたのでとても快適でした。"
