The room was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was located very close to a train station and within an easy walk to numerous bus stops. "

The thoughtful amenities such as a charger and the bathroom supplies made our stay easy. We loved the onsen experience and the cappucino in the lounge was delicious. "Nice , clean hotel , I've stayed here every time I've been to Japan. The staff is helpful but the could be a little more friendly. It's really the only place I feel that way , not sure if it's the area we are in. "
