"Most memorable stay of our trip. There’s a shuttle service from the station which was very helpful and makes commute easy. All the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. The private onsen in the room was lovely. Kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast were excellent. We had a very lovely stay here and would highly recommend. "

"Fantastic place to stay for my first time in Japan after being in Tokyo. This place receives forwarded luggage, staff are very helpful/kind, the property is easy to navigate, and the shuttle system was great. The shuttle was very helpful getting back and forth from the station. Also, they have a cell phone at the station to call for the shuttle so no need to worry if you don’t have a Japanese phone number. "Great breakfast buffet and seasonal kaiseki dinner. They have complementary shuttles you can call using a cellphone available for guest from the Ogoto Onsen Station, and also scheduled rides back to the station. We had such a great time. Would definitely come back again to experience other seasonal courses."
