「One of the most wonderful stays we’ve had in our travels! If there is a better view to be found, I haven’t seen it. We stayed for two nights and found this to be perfectly situated away from the bustle of Rotorua, but still close enough to go into town for some excellent food and entertainment. 10 out of 10!」

「Good points ■very good responsive owner ■3bed room and 2bathroom is good for family or group use ■not perfect but almost clean Improvement points ■there is no a/c in 2 bedroom(day time was little too warm) ■Some of the equipment was out of order (it wasn't displayed on the facility's equipment list, but I was a little concerned that it was there but couldn't be used) Overall, I think it's suitable for a casual stay with a family or group, but some compromises are necessary.」

「2A + 1C aged 15 years. The house is spacious and quiet. A bit dated and needs some TLC and athorough clean (carpets need a good vacuum) but perfectly comfortable. The fireplace did a great job of heating the house - we closed the doors to rooms we weren't using to maximise the heat. Like other guests, we too found the gate entrance a tight squeeze - we have an SUV so just needed to take it slow.」

「We had a great time. The accommodation was very clean, equipped and we had everything we needed. Being on a property was lovely with nearby animals and beautiful grounds. The host was easy to access and very helpful. We loved the recommendations of places to go. 」
