「Great location, close to shops, boat ramp etc.Compact bach, with great supplies and packed full of things to do.Fully fenced and good neighbours.Only issue I had was reversing boat in through the gate, you need to know what you are doing as fairly narrow driveway, but that is a first world problem.」

「The place was not clean, the main room had been hoovered but the bathroom and surfaces were not clean. We spent the first hour cleaning. When we opened the fold up bed we found sand and and other bits on the surfaces.The wifi did not work despite trying the password provided. The shower door came off its hinge when opened for the first time. The area was very nice with a lovely beach and it is a novel idea to team the property with the rail carriage. 」

「It was a darling room with access to the back yard and a nice area to sit. Close to the beach with a 5 minute walk. Slightly separate bathroom but very usable and private. It needs a some painting and a few finishing touches. Overall a wonderful place to stay. 」

「Great location If you are visiting to see the Kai Iwi Lakes as it is close by. Bach nice and warm during the night, spacious lounge/ dining area and comfortable futon that could be used as an extra bed. Good oven with fully equiped kitchen. Downside would be the misleading listing. There is no bbq, no ocean view ,tv doesn’t work and we contacted the host however this was not resolved during our stay. Poor cleanliness, mold on curtains, dirty shower basin, crack on shower slider etc. Not sure if...

「This is a wonderful house with lots of space and a great location in Franz Joseph. It had a well equipped kitchen, lots of space in the living room, and three bedrooms. There is only one bathroom, but the other spaces make up for that. We really enjoyed our stay there.」
