「We had access to everything we needed- a fantastic stay and close to all the activities in and around Rotorua making for a great 'base'Plenty of room for our family of 5 and will absolutely book again if we have the opportunity. PS- Laundry was great to have after visiting Hell's Gate mud baths!」

Considering we are charged a cleaning fee it was very disappointing. The bedding appeared clean although no top sheets on the bunks. Two face clothes for our entire family of four was ridiculous and 1 teatowel for the enire weekend. Was insufficient. After paying over 900 for the 2 day stay we wrre left underwelmed. 「Great stay with comfortable furnishings in a convenient location. Charming little spot in a quiet neighborhood. Especially loved that it was down the street from an excellent restaurant, Urbano Bistro, for easy lunch or dinner.」

「Excellent provision of bed ware, towels etc. for 6 adults and 4 children. Plenty of room for grandchildren's hide and seek. One games machine not working. Great location close to Redwoods and Luge.Excellent communication to and from Emma. One thing always bugs me about properties - a ragbag assortment of coat hangers! But that's the only niggle! 」

However the drive way was so steep that our standard Corolla grounded so hard we had to park at the McDonald’s next door a higher SUV tho would be ok can I suggest that if possible the top of the drive be flattened a bit. The house was very good value and the instructions spot on so aside from the drive a very good value for money stay Thanks」
