「One of the most wonderful stays we’ve had in our travels! If there is a better view to be found, I haven’t seen it. We stayed for two nights and found this to be perfectly situated away from the bustle of Rotorua, but still close enough to go into town for some excellent food and entertainment. 10 out of 10!」

「Good points ■very good responsive owner ■3bed room and 2bathroom is good for family or group use ■not perfect but almost clean Improvement points ■there is no a/c in 2 bedroom(day time was little too warm) ■Some of the equipment was out of order (it wasn't displayed on the facility's equipment list, but I was a little concerned that it was there but couldn't be used) Overall, I think it's suitable for a casual stay with a family or group, but some compromises are necessary.」

「Easy location, central to everything. Clean and tidy and everything you need in kitchen and bathroom. Was a little noisy being beside busy road but overall very comfortable 」

「Excellent provision of bed ware, towels etc. for 6 adults and 4 children. Plenty of room for grandchildren's hide and seek. One games machine not working. Great location close to Redwoods and Luge.Excellent communication to and from Emma. One thing always bugs me about properties - a ragbag assortment of coat hangers! But that's the only niggle! 」

「Great stay with comfortable furnishings in a convenient location. Charming little spot in a quiet neighborhood. Especially loved that it was down the street from an excellent restaurant, Urbano Bistro, for easy lunch or dinner.」

「Room was clean and tidy. However the drive way was so steep that our standard Corolla grounded so hard we had to park at the McDonald’s next door a higher SUV tho would be ok can I suggest that if possible the top of the drive be flattened a bit. The house was very good value and the instructions spot on so aside from the drive a very good value for money stay Thanks」
