「Good points ■very good responsive owner ■3bed room and 2bathroom is good for family or group use ■not perfect but almost clean Improvement points ■there is no a/c in 2 bedroom(day time was little too warm) ■Some of the equipment was out of order (it wasn't displayed on the facility's equipment list, but I was a little concerned that it was there but couldn't be used) Overall, I think it's suitable for a casual stay with a family or group, but some compromises are necessary.」

「We needed a house on this side of Rotorua for a mixed group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. This mix of beds was perfect for us, saves sharing with a teenager!!!!Was very quiet with a fantastic outlook 」

「We stay here for a week. The house is modern and very comfortable. The spa was clean, turned on and ready to get into. The kitchen was well equipped, excellent showers. The host, Dharmen, communicated well via email and is very nice man. Everything we needed was there.Visited some geothermals, Gondola, shopping and the 4x4 self drive buggy at Adventure Playground. We would definitely this house.」

「Perfect house for a family vacation! The pool, playground and grounds were immaculate! The house is adorable and Joe and Cynthia were extremely responsive. We loved waking up to the view of the lake from the house. Fantastic location as well!」

「Nice sized rooms and good facilities and utensils, however the place was a bit shoddy and looks far better in the photos than real life. Standards of cleaning were also not what I would expect. Imagine the house would be very cold in winter. Views were lovely. Walk to town in about 20/30 minutes. 」

「The property, although warm and dry, could do with a thorough deep clean. Everything looked tired. There were knick knacks decorating the lounge and ugly stuffed toys. Considering we are charged a cleaning fee it was very disappointing. The bedding appeared clean although no top sheets on the bunks. Two face clothes for our entire family of four was ridiculous and 1 teatowel for the enire weekend. Was insufficient. After paying over 900 for the 2 day stay we wrre left underwelmed. 「2A + 1C aged 15 years. The house is spacious and quiet. A bit dated and needs some TLC and athorough clean (carpets need a good vacuum) but perfectly comfortable. The fireplace did a great job of heating the house - we closed the doors to rooms we weren't using to maximise the heat. Like other guests, we too found the gate entrance a tight squeeze - we have an SUV so just needed to take it slow.」
