"The check-in was easy but we wanted early access but it was expensive. Some places let you go in early if the place was ready. We also had to pay to checkout 1 1/2 hours later. The description if the baths were 2 baths but there were only 2. We were hoping for at least a half bath so we could have two toilets downstairs. The beds were comfy,Place was clean. Front door sticks when you try to open it. We loved the location and easy walk to city center."

"The house is in a great location. My main issue were the beds were quite uncomfortable (particularly the bed in the front room near the door and the main bedroom). There are random items around the house (like in the walk in robe) that makes the house feel disorganised. Overall, it wad fine but could have been better. "

The booking process was arduous, I booked and paid online and then received a bunch of emails with things I needed to send or promoting add ons- send your licence, send a selfie. Definitely more work than our usual holiday home booking process."
