「Room was dirty black hairs in bed , and all over the bathroom on the floor, basin, bath. I didn’t want to use the pillows and even put my t-shirt over the pillow case before deciding there was no way I could stay in this motel. Even although I arrived later at night I checked out and paid for another hotel: I raised a complaint with Expedia who said they owner was not responding to their attempts to contact them.」

「The facilities were not particularly bad, but the fasting was bad.」

「The owner has changed and it’s been for three month. A friendly and helpful staff. The choice of amenities; tea and coffee were great. I’m sure Ladies love it. Very clean bath room and the shower pressure was strong enough you will be happy. Make-up brown hand towel was there which was fantastic. I wish I had a bath tub. The plaza and PAK’nSAVE were pretty close; if you don’t do shopping much then it’s okay access for travellers on foot. If you have a car, no problems. Food streets which is on...

「Noise from the 2nd floor and stairs.」

「Lovely welcoming staff. Clean spacious room. Would recommend.」

「I stayed at Avenue Motel for three nights. The motel is located closed to supermarkets as well as the city centre so it’s handy and easy to go out to do anything. A room is clean and staff is very friendly to make me feel comfortable to stay so I definitely come back to this motel on my next visit to Palmerston north.」

「Clean room and pet friendly」

「Over all good」

「Location was walking distance to supermarket, burger king, garages and township also. Check in easy and hosts friendly. Establishment was dated but surfice, rooms cleaned well & comfy bed. Unfortunately I was dissapointed over the stench of what I believe were smelly carpets, no underlay for comfort and odour throughout the room in curtains, furniture. Comfy double bed. Enjoyed jetted bath, but lack of utensils in kitchenette made it more frustrating. Paid fair price 3 nights stay but very...

「The rooms are very clean and modern inside. Parking is easy and its location is very private and quiet.」

「We had such a great stay at Harrington’s Motor Lodge. The staff were absolutely lovely and so welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We stayed for two nights and were pleasantly surprised that the room was cleaned each day, which was a nice touch. The location is great too. It’s right across from the Esplanade and park. There’s also a BP within an easy walking distance, and it’s not too far to walk into town. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and honestly...
