「Great base for whakapaka activities. Very cozy and quiet. Clean and comfortable」

「Was good over all but no fan heater was too hot too much silent in rooms so if some one walking laughing it really disturbed. For groups it was great .」

「snowman lodge was fanrastic! the staff is nice, room is beautiful, kitchen is clean and big. and so close from the mountain. so glad i stayed here. thank you! 」

「Easy parking. Good sized room and amenities. Friendly hosts. Would stay there again.」

「Premise appeared rundown ,pictures online weren't what was in reality. Room was clean and tidy but needed a spruce up as kitchen cupboards didn't open and close well ,blinds across front door broken, Property could do with some love.」

「Room was dirty black hairs in bed , and all over the bathroom on the floor, basin, bath. I didn’t want to use the pillows and even put my t-shirt over the pillow case before deciding there was no way I could stay in this motel. Even although I arrived later at night I checked out and paid for another hotel: I raised a complaint with Expedia who said they owner was not responding to their attempts to contact them.」

「quiet in summer season」

「The facilities were not particularly bad, but the fasting was bad.」

「The owner has changed and it’s been for three month. A friendly and helpful staff. The choice of amenities; tea and coffee were great. I’m sure Ladies love it. Very clean bath room and the shower pressure was strong enough you will be happy. Make-up brown hand towel was there which was fantastic. I wish I had a bath tub. The plaza and PAK’nSAVE were pretty close; if you don’t do shopping much then it’s okay access for travellers on foot. If you have a car, no problems. Food streets which is on...
